The Lady Poet Unisex T-Shirt series, with artwork by Martha Maynard, is a part of PSNY’s Ideal Objects line of product collaborations. According to Plato’s Theory of Forms as laid out in Phaedo, “there is such a thing as an absolute x.” There is an absolute t-shirt! It is the essence of all t-shirts, the ideal form of which all t-shirts partake, and the reason we call each particular t-shirt by one and the same name. This one's made of a thicker, heavier cotton, but it's still soft and comfy. And the double stitching on the neckline and sleeves add more durability to what is sure to be a favorite!
Each of the items in our Ideal Objects line is a collaboration between PSNY’s design team and a poet, artist, or collective who sought to manifest their vision of that object’s formal ideal.
Most importantly, 20% of each sale goes directly to the collaborating artist.
